Loans for individuals

Eligible applicants:

• Romanian residents
• Have incomes generated from salaries, pensions, agricultural activities, rents, free-lance activities

Loan size:

• Up to 6,000 RON

Term:

• Maximum of 36 months

Criteria for approval:

• Co-signers having another residence address than the applicant
• The monthly net income/co-signers must cover three times the monthly installment

Eligible costs:

• Home appliances designed for energy-consumption efficiency
• Home repairs and modernizing

Reimbursement/Payments:

• Monthly payments are fixed, to be paid by due dates.
